At MEYVN we want you to be completely in love with your purchase! We offer full refund (excluding shipping) within 30 days from purchase. There are two ways to return an item:

1. Through the mail.  All we need is your order number or invoice. We strongly suggest using a trackable postage option as it enables you to track the return. Customer is responsible for shipping charges. Unfortunately if the package is lost on its way to us, our Customer Care team will be limited in what they can do to compensate you. Please ship any returns to below address.

2. Return to our store location. Please bring invoice or order number with you. Store location below.
